Terms of Use — Duorto: Beam Tile Connect

These terms cover the game Duorto (“Duorto: 光束連連看”) on the App Store and Google Play (identifier com.angel.duorto, “the app”), developed and published by Disconnect Lab. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Duorto+ subscription (auto-renewing)

• Duorto+ is offered as a monthly and a yearly plan, at the local price the store shows before you buy. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). After cancelling, Duorto+ stays active until the end of the current period; a period already started is not refunded pro rata unless the store’s policy says otherwise.
• Duorto+ includes: no ads; lives, hints and destroys granted directly when you run out, and a reshuffle when no pair is left, without watching an ad; and 2 hints plus 2 destroys every day. The per-game limit on destroys is the same for every player.
• On a new device or after reinstalling, use “Restore purchases” on the app’s store page to restore your subscription.

Item packs and in-game items

• Item packs are one-time purchases; the hints or destroys you buy are added to the game save on this device.
• In-game items such as hints, destroys and lives can only be used in the app, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred or traded outside the app.
• Items from packs are stored on your device, and “Restore purchases” does not restore items already granted. If you remove the app, clear its data or move to a new device, unused items may not be recoverable. If you run into a problem, write to us with your store receipt and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

All payments are collected by Apple or Google, and refunds follow each store’s policy: for the App Store, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, follow the Google Play refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Ads

The app is free and shows ads. A rewarded ad’s reward is granted only after the ad plays in full; if no ad is available, no reward is granted.

Changes to the game

We may update the app, including its rules, items or features, and we may stop offering it. If we do, paid subscriptions are handled under each store’s policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use it. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the latest revision. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
