本政策適用的對象：iOS 應用程式「比序追蹤」（以下稱「本 App」），開發與發行者為 Disconnect Lab，聯絡信箱 contact@hakus.cc。
本 App 協助台灣國中生與家長追蹤「免試入學超額比序」的積分：涵蓋 15 個免試入學區，會考成績自動換算，均衡學習、服務學習、體適能、競賽、獎懲等項目由你自行填入，並顯示還能拿到多少分。本 App 與任何政府機關無關，一切以各區官方簡章為準。
一句話：我們不蒐集你的個人資料。你輸入的一切都只存在你自己的裝置上。
沒有。本 App 沒有帳號、沒有登入、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具、沒有當機回報，也沒有任何第三方 SDK。你在 App 內輸入的內容（會考成績、各項目的輸入、進度快照、一位或多位學生的檔案）只儲存在你的裝置上，我們不會接收到。App Store 的隱私權標籤為「未蒐集資料」（Data Not Collected）。
本 App 會向 data.hakus.cc 以單純的 GET 請求下載公開的計分規則檔，以取得各學年度最新的規則。這個請求不會附帶你輸入的任何內容、成績或識別碼。
會考成績、各項目輸入、進度快照，以及你建立的一個或多個學生檔案，都只存在這支手機上。
依照你在 iOS 的設定，裝置本身或 iCloud 的備份可能包含本 App 的資料。這由 Apple 的系統與你的設定決定，不經過我們。
你可以透過 iOS 的分享面板把資料匯出成檔案，再到另一台裝置匯入。檔案會存到你選擇的地方（例如「檔案」、AirDrop 或第三方雲端硬碟），我們不會收到它；若你選了第三方服務，該服務自己的政策適用。
App 內有連到官方網站的連結（例如各區免試入學網站、志工時數與體適能系統）。這些連結會在瀏覽器中開啟，那些網站自有其隱私權政策，與本政策無關。
本 App 的設計對象是國中生與其家長。由於我們不蒐集任何資料，也就不會蒐集兒童的個人資料。
我們可能更新本政策；更新時會修改本頁並更新上方日期。

This policy covers the iOS app Cap Tracker (Chinese name 比序追蹤; “the app”), developed and published by Disconnect Lab, contact contact@hakus.cc.
The app helps Taiwanese junior-high students and their parents track points for the 免試入學超額比序 (non-exam admission tie-break scoring) across all 15 admission districts. Exam (會考) grades are converted automatically; other items such as balanced learning, service learning, physical fitness, competitions, and rewards/penalties are entered by you; the app shows how many points are still obtainable. It is not affiliated with any government agency, and each district’s official admission brochure (簡章) always prevails.
In one line: we do not collect your personal data. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs. What you enter in the app (exam grades, per-item inputs, progress snapshots, and one or more student profiles) is stored only on your device, and we never receive it. The App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
The app downloads public scoring-rule files from data.hakus.cc with a plain GET request, so it has the latest rules for each school year. The request carries none of your input, grades, or identifiers.
Exam grades, per-item inputs, progress snapshots, and the one or more student profiles you create live only on this phone.
Depending on your iOS settings, your device’s own backup or iCloud backup may include the app’s data. That is handled by Apple’s system and your settings, not by us.
You can export your data to a file through the iOS share sheet and import it on another device. The file goes wherever you choose (Files, AirDrop, a third-party cloud drive), and we never receive it; if you pick a third-party service, that service’s own policy applies.
The app links to official websites (for example district admission sites and the volunteer-hours and physical-fitness systems). These open in your browser, and those sites have their own privacy policies, separate from this one.
The app is designed for junior-high students and their parents. Because nothing is collected, no personal data from children is collected.
We may update this policy; when we do, we will update this page and the date above.
