Support — Duorto: Beam Tile Connect

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Duorto (“Duorto: 光束連連看”) is developed by Disconnect Lab. Questions: contact@hakus.cc. See also the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How to play

• Tap two matching tiles. If a line with at most two right-angle turns can join them through empty spaces (it may run around the outside of the board), both disappear.
• Each board has 5 minutes; clear all 96 tiles in time to win. Quick matches in a row win back a few seconds.
• Every deal can be cleared. If your own moves leave the board stuck, a shuffle is offered.

Lives

• A game that runs out of time, or one you give up, uses 1 life. You can hold up to 5 lives; one comes back every 30 minutes.
• Out of lives? Watch an ad for an extra life, or wait for one to refill.

Items

• Hint: shows one pair you can match.
• Remove: tap a tile and every tile of that kind leaves the board. Up to 3 per game, for every player.
• Shuffle: offered only when no moves are left; the shuffled board can also be cleared, and it costs no time.
• When you run out of hints or removes, watch an ad for more or buy an item pack in the store.

Daily Challenge

One board a day, the same for every player. The day changes at 00:00 UTC. Clear it every day to build your streak.

Duorto+ subscription

• Removes banner and interstitial ads; lives, hints and removes are granted right away when you run out, and shuffles need no ad; plus a daily gift of hints and removes.
• Cancel: on iPhone, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Duorto+ stays active until the end of that period.
• New phone or reinstall: tap “Restore purchases” on the app’s store page (use the Apple ID or Google account you bought with).

Item packs

Hints and removes from item packs are stored on your device. “Restore purchases” restores the subscription only, not items already granted, so unused items may not be recoverable after removing the app or moving to a new device. If something goes wrong, write to us with your store receipt and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

Payments are collected by Apple or Google, and refunds follow each store’s policy: for the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, follow the Google Play refund policy.

Ads and privacy

The app requests non-personalized ads only. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you can change your consent under “Ad privacy options” in the app’s settings. See the Privacy Policy.
