Terms of Service — Hakus Radio (iOS)

By using Hakus Radio ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

What the app is

• The app is a player for publicly available internet radio streams. It plays streams live and does not record, download or store audio.
• The app does not bundle or recommend any stations. Stations come only from you (added manually, or imported from a URL you type or a file you choose) or from your searches in the open Radio Browser directory (radio-browser.info).
• All streams and station information are provided by third parties. We do not host, control or endorse them, and we are not affiliated with the broadcasters. We cannot guarantee that any stream is accurate, lawful or available.

Your responsibilities

• Do not add or import stream URLs you are not allowed to use, and comply with the laws where you live.
• If you believe a station should not be listed, use "Report station" in Explore or contact us at contact@hakus.cc.

Ads, analytics and privacy

The app shows Google AdMob banner ads and can send crash reports and, if you turn it on, analytics through Firebase. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

• We may change, add or remove features, or stop the service, at any time.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
